Everyone in the staff was very nice and helpful.
Best car rental ever!! First time user of Charlie Car and they are now my ONLY car rental! Wow, they were great to deal with and we use rentals about 5 times per year on our Puerto Rico visits

The staff and car rental experience was great as always.
The gas tank was not full and the car was dirty inside especially the seats. And the wait time in the office to get a car was way to long.
