Very friendly
Staff was very helpful and delighted to serve. Car rental was way better than what I expected for an economy lower priced car rental. Also the shuttle bus to and from the airport was fast and extremely convenient. My family members has been renting from this agency for years and the outstanding service has been great since day one. I love Charlie's Car Rental!

Car was bad inside to many cockroache
Besides that they are the cheapest around that area. They are at a convinient spot. A little slow when busy but friendly.
Great experience
Had to change out the first car,it was really damaged and tires were scrubing on under parts of car. They did not have a replacement car similar so I took it for three days and returned when tires started scrubing. Second car was brand new and satisfactory. Rental process was prompt and courteous.
I always rent with Charlie’s when I visit Puerto Rico. I have never had a problem.
Whenever we go to Puerto rico Charlies is the only car rental agency we use.
We got off the cruise ship and called for the shuttle only to be told the shuttle driver would not be in that day and we needed to take a taxi to the pickup location. Had I not Called we would not have known.
