Very friendly personnel
The service was Good. The pickup from/to the airport was great. The service ate the desk for pickup the car was great, a nice gentleman help me so much. The desk person at drop off no so great, very busy and quick service person. The other bad thing was the strong cigar smell in the car. I thought the smell would disappear with the air and windows opened but lasted 2 more days. Only that must improve. All other services were great at Charlie Car Rental.

I felt very unsafe due to the car having really bad brakes. And a bumper sticker identifying the car as a rental. The island of Puerto Rico is known for criminals targeting tourists. And to be labeled by a bumper sticker made us very uneasy.
The bus driver that picked us up was very professional and friendly. He knew a lot about the area and helped us with recommendations. Very good people overall.
I will rent again with Charlie not because this time was awful it means the third time it will be the same. I will give a try again :)
