Car was a mess. No interior light. Bad shocks and steering not good. Inside dirty cofffee stains etc. had to take a cab to Condado from Cruise port no van driver.

Charlie Car is usually great. BIG PROBLEM THIS TIME: they send me an email that says call for shuttle pickup BUT THE PHONES DONT WORK !!??! SAY SO IN THE EMAILS!!!! I was very close to being a no show because of your stupid email FIGURE THIS OUT OR BE REPLACED BY UBER !!!
Even though Kia Car was new it's gas average was 18 MPG very high for a small car...
We were not probably going to rent with Charlie Rental again. We were told that they are going to start charging drop off fee if we drop the car off in a different location. We have been regular customer for years, we rent for approximately 5 times a year. I don't it is a fare fee especially for regular customers like us. I hope that the company take our concern under consideration. Thank you.
