Everything was wonderful. The shuttle arrived almost immediately and the car was clean and new. Everything was just as advertised. Great experience!
The process was much more inconvenient than the national companies. Having to show my insurance ID card is not something I have done at other rental agencies. Also, the car was scratched everywhere and the rims were all from spare tires. Luckily I did not have to go anywhere where looks mattered but it was a sad looking car.
The condition of the vehicle was the worse I ever rented. Should not be to rent.

Charlie’s was great. The employee Misael was excellent. He was really great
