The company picked us up immediately from the airport, then after a quick 5 min shuttle ride, there was no wait to get our car. They were ready with our reservation and everything was honored. They were very helpful, timely, and kind. Would definitely recommend this company to rent your car!
Great experience for first trip to island and my first time booking a rental car. Your company came recommended and glad it was. I had 2 family members on same trip that booked through 2 different car rentals and each had extremely long wait times and problems with the entire process. Charlie Car rental was prompt for shuttle service and picking up and dropping off car were also processed quickly and with great customer service. Thank you for a wonderful experience to explore the island.
