Charlie's Car Rental was great! All staff were courteous and quick, and willing to listen to and help with any questions. Will definitely use them again when in Puerto Rico.
The lady that took care of us and our reservation was fantastic. She was super nice and helpful. She even recommended amazing restaurants for local food. The car was really good and much better than we expected.
I made a reservation to pick the car at 5. When I arrived I was told they closed at five and there was no way i could get a car. I was not even allowed into the office, and the negative was given to me in the stairs. When I told them I had made the booking at that time and nobody mentioned they closed at the same time, the person he had nothing more to say. When I asked what should I do next, he answered saying he didn't know and that I had togo without a car. I was very disappointed
I have used Charlie's before and they have always exceeded our expectations...so courteous and eager to help!
