Everything at Charlie's went smoothly. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of by being asked to purchase something I didn't need or that that I would be overcharged for some ridiculous scratch that they would find on the car.
Everything was great. The only thing I would mention is that the car had a funny rattling sound underneath while driving. It held up for the entire 2 days we rented, but I would be concerned if I had the car for a week or more. I appreciate renting from a locally based agency in Puerto Rico with great prices. Service was super fast and efficient. I was happy I was able to get a car during one of the busiest holiday seasons in PR. Thank you!
