Simply, nice.
We had to wait 25 min for the shuttle at the airport and then another 20 min on the line to pick up the car at the office (it was after midnight). The staff was courteous though, the car was good. The drop off time was fast.

The services was excellent
All was fantastic except the quality of the tires. We used the van for volunteer work in the mountains and the tires were worn and not great on steep, wet mountain terrain.
Otherwise, the van and the staff service was great!
