Upon arrival we contacted the company as instructed for pick up and line was busy for a while. Maybe will be nice to adopt a different method or text?. We always rent from Charlie and we hope to continue doing so in the future. Your Drivers from the shuttle are always very nice.

Pick up day excellence, return day poor no courtesy what so ever. That the first time happened BTW in my rental day, the car was dirty and nasty the washed the car while I was waiting. But costumer services was excellent in pick up day.
