We waited long for the car. The car was filthy. Dents and scratches all over the exterior. The seats and carpets were stained and it was full of sand. Very disappointed.
To many Fees and too high
I paid for the car rented the same amount on fees
And it doubles the rental payment, Thats not logical and terrible!!!

Honestly, I felt very rushed at the counter.
The gentleman told me that tolls were 15.00 or 12.00 depending on what part of the island we were traveling too.
Found out, tolls were maybe a 1.50 each way

Car had 37,000 miles on it.
All of the tires had different tire pressures, the interior was stained. Thankfully I took pictures of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
Damages, no walk around with the agent either.

Shuttle driver and agent in office were great. Pickup was long and difficult wait with so many individuals in line. All 4 agents were working hard to get us moving. Great job in spite of long lines.
