When we got off our ship all of the phone numbers that were given to me from the company were either busy or no one was answering for almost an hour. We finally got a hold of someone who called to let them know we were ready to be picked up. Everything else was great. Easy rental with quick service without fine print.
I have used Charlie Car over 6 times renting in Puerto Rico. I like that they have a shuttle, they are quick and nice. I would recommend them!
