Everything was fine except for trying to add on an insurance I specifically declined. After I declined it, two minutes later, reading the final receipt, I noticed the insurance still on my bill at $6/day. The agent said he thought I would not have coverage so added it anyway despite my declining the coverage. Hey if they are going to do this, just add it to the rental quote, don't try to do it under the table, there's no need. They have good prices, good value considering the competition.

The car was a junk, dirty,the rug with a hold, no brakes and the out side scratch oll over was terrible I have to go back inside and change it. And the person who tock care of me was having a bad attitude
Great price, and the car was nice and small, easy to navigate the narrow roads of Puerto Rico, and easy to park in tight spots.
Many rental companies in Puerto Rico can be hard to deal with. My experience at Charlies was absolutely outstanding. Fast pick up, in and out service, and the car was as described. Will absolutely be returning any time Im around.
Except for the 25 minute wait to get picked up at the airport and only having 1 counter person on check-in everything was great. No hard upsell on insurance and we got a new car with only 42 miles on it.
The tank was not full as disclosed and FORCED to signed, although all it took was a picture and it was honored, still felt betrayed .
