No waiting, great customer service. We always use Charlie's when visiting Aguadilla.
Check in terrific. Checkout bad. Took 1.5 hours to get taken care of. No note on locked door when we arrived. When lady came back she went to lunch. When she did open up we were serviced first but then had to wait another 45 minutes before we could be taken to cruise terminal. Need more than one person working this location at busy times and when lunch time for lady. Sign for door would be nice too!
