I am Charlie car rental customer for about 6 years ,for me is the best in P.R. In my opinion . Thanks Edgar Ortiz.
I reserved online and the website showed the cars available and the one I chose stated can carry 3 luggages, however when I arrived @ the rental, the car available was a hatchback with no trunk and impossible to fit my luggage. So they had to find another car and of course I was charged more. I find it unfair that the car i reserved turned out to be another car and I wasn't able to fit the luggage and I ended paying more than I reserved.
I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF CHARLIES. I RENT FROM THEM EVERY YEAR WHEN I GO TO PUERTO RICO. I WOULDN'T RENT FROM ANY OTHER RENTAL PLACE.
