My only suggestion would be to get a little better quality car seats. It looked a bit out of date. But it did the job, so I am happy with that. And to offer a car key that you can use to get in the ocean, not only an electronic key.
Charlie prices are good, however their check-in/checkout process is at times ridiculously slow. We have waited at times hours to pickup when at other rentals it takes minutes. I rent properties to tourists and have had to remove my recommendation in order to prevent my guest from having a bad experience on arrival to the island.
Great customer service both over the phone and in person.
The only confusion came in the airport pickup. Everything else was excellent.
overall good. car had some previous accident which necessitated bringing it in for body work but they discounted one day
of rental so happy with their response.
