Every time I go to PR we rent here.
Your company has a Great Staff representing your company at your Aquadilla location. They are extreamly helpful and their preformance from the time you enter your offices to the time you turn in your car is . I will be renting from your company at least once a month and I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know wanting to rent a car in Puerto Rico. Airport pick-up took over 30 minutes, for no good reason. Clear instructions at airport, on site, or over the phone would have helped. Otherwise, an excellent experience.
I’ve been renting from Charlie Car for almost 10 years (once or twice annually) and have had excellent experiences every trip. I give the highest recommendation for Charlie Car.
We paid for a transponder but never used it - it would be nice to know more about tolls before doing that, or be able to get a refund. Also our return shuttle to SJU dropped us off at an arrival door for. Terminal A, not a departure which would have been ok except the door was locked. We had to walk to Terminal B arrivals, go up to Departures, and then walk back to Terminal A. Fortunately we had little luggage but nonetheless if we had not allowed plenty of time we would gave been stressed.

The gentleman who processed our rental, when we picked it up, was very curt and not too friendly. The staff, when we returned the car, was wonderful.
