The guy at the counter was excellent.
The process was quick and pain free. The car they gave us only had a few thousand miles and was very reliable. There were no hidden fees and all the charges were very transparent on the cost and what they were used for. I would rent again if I came back!
I consistently have a good experience renting from Charlie Car Rental. I prefer to use a local company instead of the big name brands. I am always picked up and dropped off promptly, no matter the time day or night, and they are so close the the Aguadilla Airport.
Their employee, Venus, was super nice and helpful during my 5 month rental! I’ll definitely be using Charlie’s again!
