I will never rent with this company again. I will also discourage friends and family from using Charlie car rental when they travel to Puerto Rico. This company needs to learn about good Customer Service when dealing with their customers. I had an awful experience when returning the car. I was charged $10 because according to them the car didn't have a full tank of gas when in fact I had just filled up the tank. I provided the gas station receipt but they still charged me. Terrible business.
difficult to pay for rental and deposit
Great price for a 6 day rental. Very impressed with the gas mileage of our car, as well.
We were upgraded at no additional charge, which we greatly appreciated, since we had the car for only 3 hours.
Couldn't have asked for an easier more reasonable rental!! Totally happy with the service and the car we rented. Would recommend for sure!!

Very fast and friendly car rental, pick up, drop off, also everybody speaks English. Will definitely rent again from them next time i travel
