I have used Charlie/Ace car rental in San Juan 6 times. They are the only car rental company I have used anywhere that I am not apprehensive about. I have had "big name brand" car companies falsely attempt to accuse me of preexisting damage to pad the bill. I have never had any negative issues with Charlie.
Have rented her for over 20 years!

Have been using Charlie Cars for many years due to courteous/competent staff, availability/condition of vehicles. After experience with them, I find many "national" brands do not meet my expectations.
Excellent service. Had no issues picking up and dropping off the car.
I have no complaints, I was completely satisfied.
All the staff members (including drivers) were very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They offered more information on the necessary toll tags, extra insurance, etc. The price was very good for all their services.
