I've been renting from Charlie for so many years and always been pleased for their rates and excellent customer service. They don't push ridiculous extra fees. This time was special...left my wallet on the returned rental car and was at TSA with no ID. Called Charlie rental and they searched the car until found. I received a call from them within 50 min of plane departure. I was picked up, wallet handed and returned to airport within time to make flight. Customer service is A PLUS.

The car was super low ,space uncontable,I ask for a kia,or a nissan they stated that's all they have.reservation does not work,they should have a better service,
The pick van was already at the airport waiting for passengers. Check in was
easy and quick. When I returned the car the driver was outside and help us in the check out process without making the line. Very impress with his service.
