Everything was excellent with my rental. Pick up and drop off at the airport is and A + I love this company. For the last 3 years I've been renting from them and will keep doing it for as long as I keep going back to see my family and friends in My beautiful island.

Very good experience, fast service and good price at Charlie in Aguadilla. I recommend it.
Request a sedan they gave me a suv, the insurance got verified and they try and tell me that I only have liability while I have full coverage and said that i have to pay the difference. So went from renting a car for around 140 on reservation to getting charged about 300 something. Then my wife forgot her purse in glove compartment when i called after getting off plane they said nothing was reported left in the car and that it already was rented out again.
I rent only from chairlie every time I go great 5 star service
