The last two times I’ve rented with Charlie’s have been excellent
Very good experience, fast service and good price at Charlie in Aguadilla. I recommend it.
Request a sedan they gave me a suv, the insurance got verified and they try and tell me that I only have liability while I have full coverage and said that i have to pay the difference. So went from renting a car for around 140 on reservation to getting charged about 300 something. Then my wife forgot her purse in glove compartment when i called after getting off plane they said nothing was reported left in the car and that it already was rented out again.

I have rented with Charlie Cars for a couple of years now and the service of staff is very good and the prices affordable I would definitely rent again as usual and recommend them the drivers of the shuttle buses are amazing
