Only complain was that we were not picked up at airport and had to take a taxi to Charlies. Other than that everything was very good.

Everything discussed was honored, there were no hidden costs. They promptly refunded the money that they had put on hold for the rental of the vehicle. The rental experience with Charley's Car Rental was pleasant and I will rent again from them in the future when I need a rental vehicle.
