Charlie's was a decent option for late night arrival and early departure, because they're open 24 hours. Cars where pretty beaten and torn but they run and drive just fine. The check in process was a little slow but check out we were done within 3 minutes so they have that done. All in all, I'll rent again from them but I'd choose bella over them.
We went to return the car in the morning. Only one person working and there was about 15 people in line returning cars. The one person working worked as slowly, sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. Because of the long process to return a simple car we missed our flight.

I rented an economic car. It was in bad shape. I asked for another vehicle in better condition but wasnt available. They offer me and upgrade to a midsize but I had to pay the difference of almost $300 for the time I expended. other than that it was fast service, knowledgeable people just that car was in pretty bad shape. they should consider taking that car out of service. It was that bad.
It was great. They even gave me a better rate than the one I got online. A+

below expectation on car ; for a 2017 and model ,there was sratches all over the car front and back exterior seats front and back very low ,hadda buy seat cushions.been renting with charlie for over 13 years{ isla verde 8yrs.} now bqn .be back in sept.this time I'll check condition Robinson Aponte
