I always rent from Charlie car rental ,very good service.
The agency was a little overwhelmed when we arrived. They had several customers who did not understand all the regulations and requirements of car rental in Puerto Rico. Once we reached an agent we had the paperwork and key on our hands within 3 minutes. Excellent pick up at the airport.
