I called and expressed my concerns with traveling with my lottle ones so late at night and was assured everything would run smoothly AND IT DID! I was so grateful staff was so respectful and kind even returning the vehicle was as easy as just parking

I have been using CCR for several years. Both in Aguadilla & San Juan. I have never had a problem. There were 2 incidents that occurred where I was treated fairly. Once some glass from a broken window was under the seat & in the back on the floor. I was given $75 rebate for my inconvenience. Another time, somebody broke into the car by breaking the window. The amount that I was charged to replace the window was less than the quote I got at a local garage. Ramon is in Aguadilla is great.
Best rental facility on the Island. I will always rent from them.
