I have been using CCR for several years. Both in Aguadilla & San Juan. I have never had a problem. There were 2 incidents that occurred where I was treated fairly. Once some glass from a broken window was under the seat & in the back on the floor. I was given $75 rebate for my inconvenience. Another time, somebody broke into the car by breaking the window. The amount that I was charged to replace the window was less than the quote I got at a local garage. Ramon is in Aguadilla is great.

The car was very good.
I was greeted by a very helpful and courteous employee who quickly put me into a BRAND NEW Jeep. The car was phenomenal and everyone in our party loved it.
The car return process is very fast and efficient, and the trip to the airport was great. My wife and i were talking about the driver for a little while after the trip, because he was actually a nice person who seemed to enjoy his job, and not just someone who is doing this for the money.
