The best car rental experience I have ever had. As you may know many car rental experiences are terrible with bait and switch.
I highly recommend Charlie car rentals. They treat you well and honor your reservation.
Price and service is good. Which car you get is a hit or miss. They have nice cars and not so nice cars when picking up your car in your category.

If you prepare with all documents (proof of insurance), everything is quick and smooth. Roads in Puerto Rico are full of deep potholes, so it's better to get a car with higher clearance.
