Good service in Isla Verde. Need to remind all tourist not to park on Old San Juan streets.

The gentlemen need to be more courteous. They are unfriendly.
While my rental was well handled considering my flight was delayed, my other family was not as fortunate. We have family that has been renting from Charlie for over 10 years and when there flight was delayed, Charlie cancelled their reservation. I believe that for better service you should request Flight info from your out of town guest so that you can get notified if their flights have been cancelled or delay. Overall my experience was not bad.
Charlie's Car Rental Agency was great! Not only were they literally 50% cheaper then the reservation I had at Hertz, but they upgraded my vehicle at no extra charge. I arrived very late, almost midnight, and was very happy to see that they were open 24 hours! I have recommended Charlie's Car rental to all my fiends and family!
The staff at this location are great; really helpful, really nice and work fast when the shuttle comes with more renters. I always rent from them and only will rent from them when I am in Puerto Rico.
