Car was too small for the price. Car was Not very clean and we still had to pay for the one day that we returned the vehicle early because of the time that our flight was departing which was at 2:30am.
I rented a compact. But what is a compact now used to be an economy. So sad.
I rent a compact car What they gave me was a a economy car they should charge me a different price is the only issue a had but rest was good.
They were waiting for us at the terminal -- a real plus. My only suggestion is to have a speedier return line.
It was easy and I even contacted them because I forgot which address or location was closer to the airport. She also informed me that a gas station was on the same street, so that I was sure to fill the car up! The clerk assured me that the shuttle would get me to my flight on time! I was on time and the driver even assisted me in obtaining a Porter for my luggage and flight check-in.
My rental car had not been vacuumed when it was given to me. The mats were full of sand. The agency should clean the cars before renting them out again! Other than that, i was satisfied with my car rental..
I always book my car reservations with Charlie as they are the best. :)
Vehicle had no USB or any electrical device to be able to charge my phone. AC did not cool sufficient. No hub caps on wheels. Agent stated they were removed to to theft. This was suppose to be a new car. Looked more like wheels were replaced.
everything super good. good prices, the shuttle is really efficient.
Only Company on the Island that had a 7 person van available. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and service.
