Vehicle had no USB or any electrical device to be able to charge my phone. AC did not cool sufficient. No hub caps on wheels. Agent stated they were removed to to theft. This was suppose to be a new car. Looked more like wheels were replaced.
everything super good. good prices, the shuttle is really efficient.
Only Company on the Island that had a 7 person van available. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and service.
The rental car was dirty , bad smell inside and it was very uncomfortable, i am a belly member and for some reason couldn't get my award cause system was down, what a coinsidence, i rented before from charlie or must say most of the time and they never offer any type of discount. Looking to rent with another carrier being that i am a frecuent flyer and that is exactly what am doing, but had no choice to rent from charlie this time. Not happy camper but i learn from it.

Charlie's is my go to rental car. Everyone is always super humble.
I picked the car at 2 am at night and couldn't see to check the car condition. Some defects where in the cat that I couldn't see, but sow them later at the day time.
My renting is not completed. I extended the renting for two more weeks and it is possible that I may extend it again.
The staff was great, the car ran great but it had dents and scratches every where and the doors and trunk rubber seals were coming off or came off completely from the car.
I will always use and recommend Charlie Car Rental
Great experience and reasonable price. I would recommend to rent from Charlie Car when in Puerto Rico.
