The compact car I rented this time (Kia) was very unreliable (super slow) getting to 30 miles.
Pick up from the airport was quick, as well as the return to the airport. We had a little bit of trouble understanding how to use the key fob, but a staff person was happy to help.
Great services, price was awesome.
We had a very enjoyable experience as we always do when renting from Charlie's Car Rental. We will never use another company when visiting Puerto Rico!
