Service was fast and good
The staff was very friendly and cordial. The overall experience was very good. Will definitely rent from Charlie car rental again.

Overall Im happy with the rental. However the car was not in really good conditions.
Right on time, respectfull and helpfull
Car was a 2017 Kia Rio but it was already pretty banged up on the outside, scratches and dents all around. Will need to repair cars quicker for better presentation. Everything else was good.
The staff was helpful when I accidentally locked my keys in the car.
