Car was a 2017 Kia Rio but it was already pretty banged up on the outside, scratches and dents all around. Will need to repair cars quicker for better presentation. Everything else was good.
The staff was helpful when I accidentally locked my keys in the car.
Very affordable and they gave me and my family a lift to the airport the day after we returned the car. Very help associates
The rental was easy and affordable. It would have been nice to have been picked up at the airport sooner, but the staff was friendly, and we were provided with a booster seat upon request. A good deal compared to the larger companies, for sure.
Total experience could not be better
Pick up from the airport was slow, waited over 20 minutes. I suggest having a van do continuous rounds at the airport and having more people working at the counter to speed up the pick up/drop off services.
The shuttle was waiting on us at the airport when we arrived. It was very fast and very convenient. We were in our car within 5 minutes of arriving at the location. Great experience!
The only thing I was not comfortable was that they told me "tha car isalready inspected so we know where the physical damages are". So I had to check by myself the whole car without any employee.

Initial vehicle picked up from agency had check engine light come on. We returned it to the Isla Verde location, but our initial replacement vehicle also had a check engine light. The final replacement vehicle had low tire pressure which turned on a warning light in Mayaguez that our friend had fixed at her cost. Staff member at Condado pickup was especially helpful, and experience with other staff members was good as well.
