I HATE THIS PLACE . I will never rent from here again they CHARGE ME THINGS THAT I WASNT SUPPOSED TO PAY .This place is the WORST THING EVER IN THE RENTAL OPTIONS .
I will NOT Recomend this place to anybody they are just a bunch of THEIFS STOLEING PEOPLES MONEY.THEY STOLE MY MONEY OVERCHARGE ME AND NEVER GAVE ME A RIGHT EXPLAINATION .

The return process should be improved. A renter should not have to wait along with those online that are initiating the process for renting. There should be someone dedicated for when renters return vehicles.
We had a great experience with Charlie. We always prefer to support a local company instead of the bigger name brands when we can. We saw Charlie recommended on a travel blog, and decided to try it out. We had a great experience their the prices were far better than anyone else out there.
Charlies Car Rental has treated us well both times we've been to PR; we will not rent a car from another agency!
I have rented a numerous times with the agency and always come back. Great service, good vehicles and competitive prices. Love the shuttle and the fact that is 24 hrs which helps with late and overnight flight arrivals into PR.
Antenna broken & needed oil change. But car was fine for 5 days
The car was dirty outside and with no matts, dirty and i had to stop to clean the windows.
