Excellent company and local personnel at Isla Verde. I've used them every time that I visit PR over the past 12 years. They are consistently courteous, flexible, speak excellent English, and are customer oriented.

Been using Charlie Car Rental for years. This time the vehicle was not clean inside it was very dusty and dirty. I asked it to be clean which they vacuum but still was too dirty for me since I know from past experience I have had cars in much better conditions.
