This is not the first time and will not be the last!
There should be a special line for the return of the car. I had to wait almost 40 minutes to return the car I rented.
Great rental experience. Rates were upfront and accurate. Pick up and drop off was very easy.
The agent was a little too forceful encouraging insurance and would have liked if he realized i have rented from Charlie many times before and always use my oen insurance, but overall a great experience.

Reserved a hatchback, got a sedan. Since we didn't end up needing the extra space, I'm willing to overlook that since the price was just as low as when I made the reservation.
Both when I picked up and dropped off, it took a very long time at the counter. The rental process is very long so it takes a lot of time for a representative to work with each customer. Many people in line end up complaining about the long wait time which takes away from the great customer service you receive in all other aspects with this agency. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I love the quick access to the agency via airport shuttle. It is very convenient. I would rent again!
