1. I understand this rental but my car smell so bad. We told the reception he was willing to but we asthmatic I didn't want that spay to trigger our asthma. Since it need time to air out.
2. We had 5 rented card I feel we should got an incentive for all the cars we rented at same time.
3. We are not truly told the benefits of using our own insurance if we still pay for insurance.
Picked up from hotel, dropped off back at hotel after rental, quick, good prices, no pressure to purchase any extras.

I go twice a year to Puerto Rico. And always rent from Charlie Car Rental. Is the best rental in the island and the staff do an excellent job, specially in Aguadilla branch. Great comunication and the rates are the best ones in the market.
Charlie car rental was wonderful. This is the 10th time I rented at Charlie and it is great every time. Friendly service, nice clean non smoking cars, up to date equipment and quick pick up and drop off at the airport.
Wait was extremely long for rental, even with a reservation. Must have been time of day.
