I always rent from Charlie's rental when I am in PR . My only complaint is the office is too small the need a more organized system for returning & renting. Using the same small area is ok but have a better system for customers to understand which line to stand in to either began or end the rental process . The staff is great!
Anytime I've had to rent a vehicle, Charlie is the only car rental I've used in my years traveling to Puerto Rico.
The left undercarriage behind left passenger seat sounded like the car was going to fall apart every time we hit a bump. They gave me a 10% discount after terrifying all of the passengers in my rental. Is a 10% discount equivalent to the risk and fear that vehicle presented?
For the type of trip that I do in puerto rico charlie is good for me. And also accept my United States insurance

We rseeved a SUV and the didnt have it. We ended up with a full size car which was ok but not what we wanted. The staff as always was very efficient and courteous.
