Very happy with Charlie Car Rentals. They were open very late and we were able to get our reserved car without a hitch. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would use them again for sure.
This was the worse experience I ever had on car rentals. I end up changing car 3 times, and I don't know which one was worse. All 3 cars were damaged and dirty and even vomiting was inside. They were nasty in answering my questions and poor knowledge never rent in here again
The requirement to have Loss of Use insurance coverage is NOT on the insurance policy that's online. I read the insurance policy thoroughly before booking and also looked up the insurance policy when I was at the rental car location when I was told that Loss of Use insurance was mandatory and it is NOT at all mentioned under insurance policies or any other policies.

Charlie's rental was great although I waited online for a while before attended, to drop off my car long line.
We had some difficulty picking up the car (took a long time), but dropping off was easy.
Excelente servicio
Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit of a wait to process return of the car but the shuttle was great to the airport.
