I've been renting from Charlie Car Rental for years, every time I go to PR and I will continue to do so. I recommend you to all my friends who travel to PR. Charlie Car Rental has the best prices, ALL staff are very professional, courteous and provide accurate service. Cars are nice and clean. They provide a family like experience like no other place. Starting from the drivers who pick you up, to the Rental agents, they are all like family to me. I trust and highly recommend Charlie Car Rental.

I'd been renting with Charlie for five years running, but this experience was a game changer. Having to wait over 45 minutes to pick up a car was completely unacceptable. And then upon return there was also a huge line that would have taken me the same amount of time, so I just set the keys on the counter and left. I'm not spending ninety minutes dealing with the paperwork for a car. To make matters worse I've been overcharged on the final bill. I'm done with Charlie.
