I usually end up waiting up to 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport. They rarely pick up the phone when called. No voicemail. More fees seem to be added every time.

The staff was very kind, the car was good but I expected a better car from the reservation. The car had no windshield washer with was super annoying regarding to the weather in Puerto Rico at that time. Also, it was not mention that we had to pay an additionnal $10 for using the Toll service of the Island. Apart from that, renting from CharlieCar was a good experience, we did not had any other problem with the car.
Overall a very good experience and options were well explained on their website so there were no surprises. My only complaint is that service at the desk when picking up/dropping off was slow, but this was due in part to uninformed customers.

Overall, great experience. Easy and quick check in and out. Shuttle was a plus! Recommendations on places to visit during my stay would have been nice.
