I did my research before going with Charlie Car Rental. Wait times were shorter than the airport. The shuttle to the airport took 10 mins. There was an issue with my first rental, and they quickly issued a new car that only had one mile on it and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I provided proof of the issue and there was no hassle. This place is also family owned. It’s nice to speak to a person, not a company. Next time you’re in PR, rent your car with Charlie.

They did take us to the Cruise terminal and did their best to accommodate the large amount of people who were all going
