A four cylinder car is not powerful enough for driving in many areas of Puerto Rico and the air conditioning in the Kia Forte was terrible. It barely cooled the car off on 82 degree days.
Just dissapointed with the insurance scam regarding loss of rental income in case of accident. I dont believe this is ethical or even legal. I will follow up with my insurer and attorney.
Fast and easy process. It's our second time renting from this location and never had a problem. Convenient to where we were staying

Pickup and drop off at the airport was excellent, the driver friendly and helpful. At the office, the guy who checked us in was cold and unfriendly, not exactly something we wanted to experience our first time in this town. A smile goes a long way, dude. The vehicle itself had scrape marks on the the front and back end of the car as did most of the other cars in the lot. When we visit this area again, we will choose another rental company as this place didn't seem to appreciate our business.
Just had trouble communicating with the office once I arrived but once I made contact with the office I was later picked up.
Upon return we were charged a $35 cleaning fee. Granted, the car was dirty, but we had it for 5 weeks. At least it should be made clear up front in what condition the car is expected at the return. We could have done the cleaning (mostly sand) in 10min ourselves.

Service was good, but the car I rented was POORLY maintinaed. This was inexcusable. Wiper blades needed to be replaced, lever that unlatched gas tank cover did not work and "Check Engine" light came on during my rental. When -- in the middle of MY vacation -- I had to bring the car back to exchange it for another car, they hassled me about the tank not being topped off. This damned near drove me over the top in anger! Totally Unacceptable!
