I don't like bumper sticker that says Charlie. Please Keep it more discrit, no need for advertisement
I do not like the bumper " Charlie" bumper sticker. It's not safe, attracks vandalism or robbery.
Have been using Charlie rental for 4-5 years and have always been provided very good service.
A four cylinder car is not powerful enough for driving in many areas of Puerto Rico and the air conditioning in the Kia Forte was terrible. It barely cooled the car off on 82 degree days.
Just dissapointed with the insurance scam regarding loss of rental income in case of accident. I dont believe this is ethical or even legal. I will follow up with my insurer and attorney.
Fast and easy process. It's our second time renting from this location and never had a problem. Convenient to where we were staying

I would absolutely rent from them again. They went out of their way to be helpful, courteous and professional.
They even gave me a ride back to the hotel I was staying at.

Pickup and drop off at the airport was excellent, the driver friendly and helpful. At the office, the guy who checked us in was cold and unfriendly, not exactly something we wanted to experience our first time in this town. A smile goes a long way, dude. The vehicle itself had scrape marks on the the front and back end of the car as did most of the other cars in the lot. When we visit this area again, we will choose another rental company as this place didn't seem to appreciate our business.
Just had trouble communicating with the office once I arrived but once I made contact with the office I was later picked up.
