Renting a car with Charlie was as good as any other rental experience except in the area of Insurance decline where Charlie appears to operate out of great fear and whose policy is out of touch by comparison.... Respectfully

No problems. Quick service to and from the airport
Staff was VERY helpful. They even took the time to write down some directions and give us some recommendations on where to eat and things to see. The renting process went very smoothly.
Rate was reasonable but personal (not Charlie Car) insurance should cover things like scratches and dents. This was an additional cost that was not expected.
Also, I don't understand why there's a $10 charge for the toll pass - I think that we should only have to cover our actual tolls.
Don't put "Charlies Car Rental" stickers on the cars. Some thieves can read. It put's the driver & passengers at risk.
Simple and fast , really easy procedure !
A couple small hiccups, but nothing horrible. We were on a time constraint due to coming in off a cruise ship. We needed the car immediately, only to find the shuttle service wouldn't be available for an hour. So we grabbed a taxi. check in was easy and we were on our way quickly. Before we dropped car back off, spent 20 min searching for the gas station the check in girl recommended, though we never found it. Ended up paying a lot to just have them fill it as we had to get back to ship
Excellent. everytime I travel to P.R , I always use Charlie Car rental for the past 20 years .Great company and great service
