El carro tenia muchos "damage" por fuera, cuando tu alquilas un automovil, tu expectativa es otra, q huela bien, que los asientos esten limpios! Asi es que estoy acostumbrada a rentar carros. EL costo de la renta fue muy cara, para el vehiculo que me tocó! Gracias por rentarnos el carro, pero verdaderamente, los precios estan muy altos, y el carro que use, no era un carro nuevo!

Left my prescription sun glasses in rent vehicle when returned evening before we were to fly out. They sent them on early morning shuttle to get them to me at the airport before I left San Juan. Thanks very much!

I travel 2 to 3 times a year to Hatillo, Puerto Rico and I must say that from all the other car rental agencies Charlies Car Rental is the best by far. They are reliable and dependable. If you're uncomfortable with a car they will exchange it for you without any hassles. This is the best rental agency in Puerto Rico. Keep up the great work.
