El carro tenia muchos "damage" por fuera, cuando tu alquilas un automovil, tu expectativa es otra, q huela bien, que los asientos esten limpios! Asi es que estoy acostumbrada a rentar carros. EL costo de la renta fue muy cara, para el vehiculo que me tocó! Gracias por rentarnos el carro, pero verdaderamente, los precios estan muy altos, y el carro que use, no era un carro nuevo!
i've been renting from Charlie's for fifteen years, best rental agency ever! prompt courteous service, friendly staff, quality cars. only one problem ever, most recent car had no windshield wiper fluid when i picked it up. went back by an office and they were happy to remedy...
Left my prescription sun glasses in rent vehicle when returned evening before we were to fly out. They sent them on early morning shuttle to get them to me at the airport before I left San Juan. Thanks very much!

I travel 2 to 3 times a year to Hatillo, Puerto Rico and I must say that from all the other car rental agencies Charlies Car Rental is the best by far. They are reliable and dependable. If you're uncomfortable with a car they will exchange it for you without any hassles. This is the best rental agency in Puerto Rico. Keep up the great work.

Cars need maintenance had to replace vehicle 3 times on my 3 week rental.

I paid to use the road toll in P.R. but did not use it and, Charlie car rental couldn't give me a refund or a credit for the amount. It was a disappointment.
I always recommend Charlie to my friends that travel to Puerto Rico the only thing I did not understand was I rented the same car twice
And on the second time was charge double the price other then that i am very happy with Charlie always
