We love renting from Charlie's . We like, most of the time, there prices. There are frindly and so far the cars where awesome
When we drove to site see in Isabella, the tire pressure light came on. We passed a 24/7 Charlies rental office. I pulled in at 8 pm and the lady checked/filled my tire and I was on my way. She was very pleasant and very helpful!! We could continue on our vacation without further worry. Thanks Charlies!!! Will definitely use your company on my next visit.
The early morning team and the daylight team are greats. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The cars have a high maintenance. I am really happy about my rental experience.
Did have to wait at the cruise terminal for quite some time for the shuttle, but the office kept in touch by phone. Other than that we had a great experience and will use Charlies in the future on our next vist to Puerto Rico.

I did not receive the car I booked online so I was a bit unhappy about that and was given a completely different car that sounded like it was starting to have issues with the brakes and engine but it got me from point A to Point B. Great customer service though.
