I have rented from Charlie for the last four trips I hae made to Puert Rico. I have tried others but Charlie has te best rates and sevice.

I did not receive the car I booked online so I was a bit unhappy about that and was given a completely different car that sounded like it was starting to have issues with the brakes and engine but it got me from point A to Point B. Great customer service though.
