Everytime we go to PR, we rent from Charlie's car rental! Nice staff, no complaints!
It was fast, the driver to the airport was very friendly
Lied about not being able to pay cash for tolls . Also told us ur had to speak with our insurance co. If we declinced insurance when we said no & decided to leave all of a sudden there was another option
