Rented two card in two weeks got no discount or upgrade,also cars b were not cleaned the second car I rented even had snf SD and dog hair when I informed staff they acted like nothing happened and ignored me and my wife for future reference I will not be renting anymore from Charlie or Ace to bad I've been a loyal customer since the 1980's yours truly Luis Laboy.
The rental agent assumed we wanted the same coverages as we have elected in the past (as we are long time customers)and automatically charged us more due to this, but after I showed him the coverage elected/rate quote given, as per my confirmation email, he quickly corrected it and charged the amount which I was originally quoted online.
It is a great rental company. Wonderful prices, great cars.

What I really like about Charlie's is the price you see online is the price you pay no surprises. Also like the fact that you only pay $10 for the rental period for the tollroad transponder service and not a daily fee.

Renting here was quick and easy, no nonsense. So we could get on with our vacation! My only slight complaint is this: It's nice that the EZPass sticker is included at no extra charge, but it should have been clearer that the EZPass will not be activated unless you pay an extra $10.
