I have rented from Charlies Car Rental several times and always a great experience. No games no hassles and always great service. The ease and convenience of use is great. I wish there were more Charlies Car rentals in other cities. I specifically like in Puerto Rico you can pick up at one location and drop off at snother. Also the pick up service and airport shuttle is a great added service. Thank you Charlies Car Rental!! JMM

All I have to say love the guys and service this is my number 1 place to go.
My only complaint is that the car died on me and I had to get it jump started from a kind stranger as the place where I was at the time had no cell phone reception. This also happened to me on another occasion within the last year, as I travel to Puerto Rico quite frequent and always use Charlie. On these two occassions I rented the car in Isla Verde and got stuck in the Aguada area while visiting family. On these two occasions I got the car jump started and traded it in Aguadilla.
