My only complaint is that the car died on me and I had to get it jump started from a kind stranger as the place where I was at the time had no cell phone reception. This also happened to me on another occasion within the last year, as I travel to Puerto Rico quite frequent and always use Charlie. On these two occassions I rented the car in Isla Verde and got stuck in the Aguada area while visiting family. On these two occasions I got the car jump started and traded it in Aguadilla.
Overall was very pleased with Charlies
The car was beat up with scratches and dents.
Nice people , good location, fair pricing. The van was OK a little weathered for the price. All in all a good experience.
Mi experiencia no fue nada grata cuando llegue a rentar la van. el joven muy descortes, rudo y en verdad que bueno que lo despidieron porque seria mi ultimo alquier con ustedes. Cuando entregue la van el joven Juan Carlos me atendio muy bien. todo un profesional y con una actitud de servir al cliente. Me alegra que este joven siga en su empresa. Deben tener un sistema donde tengan mas conocimientos de vuelos retrasados muchos clentes perdidos porque cancelaron su renta.
I am a regular customer. This time I got a car that did not run good, and the shocks were bad what made it very bouncy. This does not mean I will not rent again from you guys but I would like a better offer for the money I paid. Thank you! I love your services.

The service was overall good
The clerk who handle my reservation when I got there was NOT friendly AT ALL. treating me like a third world country citizen, No greeting, no smiles and arrogant. Totally different than the clerk when I went to return the vehicle.
Otherwise, the car was great and the price excellent.
